Nothingwrong with the cut and blow at all. However customer service was poor which was disappointing as I never have time or money to have treatments done and I felt less than pampered. Left waiting a while. Hair wash was extremely rough and painful. Brushed my hair only after the wash while wet so pulled which was painful. salon wasn’t very clean, chairs were all covered with stains. No consultation no small talk no drink offered. Stood up for haircut. Felt very rushed and wasn’t very pampered!

Lovely, friendly salon. Excellent, professional service from start to finish. Emma the beautition is lovely. As I dont have these treatments very often she is very informative and puts your mind at rest when trying something new. She knows exactly what shes doing and goes about her work with a very caring nature. Would recommend to anyone.
