Venue was closed when I arrived, waited until 5 mins post agreed time but still shut, called mobile number no answer. I headed back home, venue called while I was on the bus saying they’re open now. No apology or explanation given whatsoever, if anything person on the phone behaved as if it was not their problem. I didn’t go back for treatment as I have a meeting straight after appointment. No respect for people’s time at all. Don’t let them charge you in advance.
