Home salon experience which would have been fine but she didn't listen to what I was asking for and continued, despite me politely correcting, to do what she wanted anyway. Paid for a child's cut and blow dry but she came out with wet hair.

Danielle listened to what I wanted and discussed the cut with me and showed me how to style it myself. After 2 years and various stylists I eventually have what I wanted. I will definitely be returning when it needs a trim.
