I’m extremely dissatisfied with this service, I booked my appointment in December and the woman who would be doing my lashes was unavailable for the date I had arranged, I wasn’t available any other day so she said she’d organise my refund. It’s now the 9th of March and I’m still yet to receive my refund. This is unacceptable

Dionne was incredibly hospitable and friendly. What a lovely person. The booking didn't go as smoothly as it could have which is understandable. My booking was for 10am and I stood outside a very closed storefront for a while before deciding to leave. She called me back saying that she wasn't informed and graciously fit me in a few hours later. The salon itself was okay. I wouldn't say that you'd come for the ambience or the surroundings but for the good service. I've had my lashes done a number of times before and Ive not quite had them like this before in that they were and now are quite visibly a little wonky. It's been a week and I've only lost a few lashes which is of course great considering I'm a very active person. Due to a misunderstanding, I got the 3D lashes as opposed to the cluster lashes but Dionne was nice enough to come to an agreement in terms of price which I'm very grateful for. Overall I don't think I'll be coming back as the lashes aren't to my taste but would highly recommend to those that like the much longer look.
