My scheduled appointment was with Diana she was unavailable resulting in an unscheduled substitute. Ideally, I should have been given the option to reschedule and should have been informed prior to the appointment. I like to stick to one person.

Best experience at a nail salon ever! Diana did an amazing job and was so so lovely as was the other lady in there (Jenai I think sorry for spelling!). Such a nice vibe, amazing nails, amazing price. Will be back!
