AVOID! Booked head massage for 30 minutes @£15. Turned up for appointment and the lady said she couldn’t do the appointment as she was on her own and the owner is away. She then went on to say that the £15 is for 15 minutes! I showed her the booking and that it was all pre booked. The lady said to me that I should have called to confirm my booking! I booked it literally an hour beforehand so why would I need to call and confirm! She then asked me to come back in 2 hours! Worst salon I have been to. They should advertise on Treatwell if they can’t fulfil the bookings! Wasted journey and waste of time!
