Didn’t seem aware that I’d made an appointment so the whole experience seemed like it was intended to rush me out. Booked for a cut and blow dry but was given a dry cut - didn’t say anything as I already didn’t feel very welcome. Cut off about 4 inches more than I asked for without even doing it gradually to see that it was ok. Wasn’t even given my coat or seen to the door on my way out. Going to have to go and get my hair fixed now, do not recommend.

My appointment has been cancelled without my knowledge and she doesn’t even there. Although I left my number, she didn’t bother to call. By the way, my appointment has been rescheduled twice earlier on. It’s so disrespectful! Now I’m hoping to have a full refund as it’s not possible in the app.
