La primera vez que fui con Susana fue porque tuve una mala experiencia con mi cabello y tenía un viaje en pocos días. Aunque estaba súper llena, hizo un hueco temprano en la mañana para poder atenderme y dejó mi cabello como si nada hubiera pasado. Desde entonces llevo casi 2 años yendo con ella. Con las exfoliaciones capilares y tratamientos que me hace, mi cabello ha crecido mucho más sano y fuerte. Se nota la pasión y el conocimiento que tiene, y además el trato al cliente es excelente!!. Siempre salgo encantada❤️

Outstanding hair transformation — I couldn’t recommend Susana more. I spent 8 hours with Susana after years of damage to my hair and scalp — blocked follicles, bleach and colour damage, thinning, hair loss, and overall poor condition. From the very beginning, Susana made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and shared so much valuable advice, especially around my hair thinning. Her reassurance meant the world to me — explaining that this can be a normal response to rapid weight loss and that my hair will recover over time. Walking out of the salon, I honestly felt like a new woman. My hair looked and felt incredible — shiny, healthy, and visibly thicker thanks to the beautiful cut she gave me. Susana’s knowledge, experience, and genuine care are unmatched, and I have absolute confidence that my hair and scalp are in the very best hands.
