My hair was way longer than what I asked the bob I asked for. As she was in a rush she started clipping my hair and took off about 8 months of hair growth and blamed it on my hair being curly? Hair is ruined & charged me extra as I was leaving. Avoid

I wanted highlights, but I got something strange back from 2000 with ultra bleached bangs…and even though I’m natural blonde the color became yellow-ish after washing my hair once. I believe this id because the hair products are cheap. Does not cost 175 pounds
