Paid for a deep cleanse facial which I really enjoyed and can see good results however was disapointing as it also included a head, shoulder and neck massage which i did not experience not sure if it was due to running out of time.

Good experience - Nsar was pleasant. She didn’t clean my nails properly though which would have been appreciated like the other nail techs do when getting acrylic infil.

Premises very clean with excellent facilities. On arrival met by manager n offered beverages. Therapist was friendly polite and gave very good manicure /pedicure service , i was pleased with outcome n already looking forward to my next appointment.
