I booked in for a dark brown base with very subtle honey highlights placed only underneath, and I clearly showed multiple reference photos. I repeated throughout the appointment that I didn’t want to go blonde or have surface highlights, but I was ignored.
The result was completely opposite: brassy, patchy blonde all over with no dark base, and my hair is now dry, uneven, and damaged, exactly what I was trying to avoid. I paid £220 for something I never agreed to, and I’m really disappointed.
