My visit was a pleasant one, the only thing I can make a negative comment on was the type of wax used. Roya was lovely and did her best, but in the past when I've had hollywood waxes the beauty therapist hasn't used strip wax. I definitely found it wasn't as comfortable as the hot wax which has been used on me in the past. Otherwise all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. I will definitely visit again to try the sun bed.

Thank you! I am so pleased with my colour and blow wave! I came in for a full set of highlights and have got exactly what I wanted, the blonde is so lovely and the icy toner topped it off! Have found my new regular!See you again soon. Would recommend.
