I can’t fault the actual wax itself as itdid what it was supposed to. However the therapist didn’t ask me if I’d had the treatment before, and no after-wax lotion was used so I had to do all of that when I got home (thankfully I live close!). Experience was quick (about 10 minutes) but very efficient. A bit more communication would have been good regarding aftercare etc, I’ve had waxes before so I know it anyway, but I wouldn’t recommend the salon to a first-timer.
