Was polite in shop as was taking a big step going to a professional hairdressers for the first time in years after the last one ruined my hair. Got highlights all over which was not what I asked for, excessive bleach use has killed the ends of my hair that I spent years fixing. Was over the sink for 45 minutes where more bowls of bleach were being brought out- I could not see what they were doing with said bleach. Bleach is patchy with clear banding at top of hair.
