I turned up early for my appointment and it was no trouble at all for the staff. I showed an image of what I wanted and my nails were exactly as I requested. She was really lovely and checked I was 100% happy with the length and shape. I’m so pleased with my nails and the staff were so professional and welcoming I would definitely go back again.

Darya and Sara are very skilled at what they do and their experience and expertise at what they do speaks for itself. Laiba did a brilliant job with washing and styling my hair.
But the young lady who waxed my face on this occasion needs a little more experience on maybe when it comes to handling hot wax.
At the end of the day no one is perfect and we all need to learn from experience.
