Kim was brilliant! She treated me with a lot of care and she has a soft touch. The facial treatment was very relaxing and refreshing.
A great experience and I appreciated that Kim made time for me on an ad-hoc basis. I decided to try out a facial cleansing on the day I went to her for a body wax session.
Side note: (as I messed up my other review) the body wax session with Kim went great. She was very patient and sympathetic to me being nervous due to my low pain threshold.

Thank you to Areti for working my super long hair and for her patience. She was very attentive and cared about what I wanted, but was also very honest with what we could achieve. Very happy with my hair and will be returning!

My hair cut here was not what I expected and didn’t live up to the other reviews I had read. I showed a picture of what I wanted however I felt my hair was cut exactly to that rather than shaping it to my face. During the appointment there were no other customers so all other stylists were sat directly behind me watching which was very off putting and uncomfortable. Alina was friendly however I did have to visit another salon to get my hair fixed. Unfortunately won’t be returning again
