Nilo was incredibly patient with me and made sure that my nails were perfect even though I’d smudged one of them and she had to start again. She didn’t make a fuss or make me feel like I was wasting her time and she didn’t make me feel rushed. My nails are great and I’m really happy with how they turned out.
