I would have appreciated a bit of privacy before, and after the massage. The therapist stayed in the room whilst changing, which did make me feel uncomfortable. The massage itself was ok.
On the whole, the experience wasn't relaxing. Although they played calming music in the room, you could hear the loud music in the rest of the salon over the top. I don't think I would return.

My first time visiting this salon and my experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I came with an unrealistic vision of balayage as my hair was so dark. My hair is so much lighter and I will be back in 2 months to get my hair done again! Highly recommend :)

Kim did a great job and was very professional. She also took her time with the threading even though I was the last client of the day and they were due to close.
