The only thing I dont like is the fact that I am always asked to pay cash, even though there is a Pdq at the salon and I am asked to goat the ATM It feels so wrong during this Coronavirus time, where every business is going cashless and contactless. And I never get a receipt, never been asked if I need one

The actual wax procedure was thorough and pretty painless. However I thought the procedure was quite slow but wasn’t too much of an issue for me as I wasn’t in a rush. The main reason for the 1 star is that they dip the same one spatula again and again into the wax pot. I’ve never been to a salon that double dips, let alone for intimate/Hollywood wax and won’t be returning which is a shame!

I needed a major cut going from long hair to should length hair, and everyone in the salon made me feel so relaxed and welcome. We talked about what I wanted and then I had an amazing hair cut which I absolutely love!! Thank you so much everyone, I’ll be back again soon :)
