Amazing! My nails stayed on for a WHOLE MONTH! And they were super accommodating, got me water and were generally very nice :)

I booked a hot wax and Kim struggled to get a grip of each piece of hot wax which made the process painful and time consuming. She therefore insisted on switching to strip wax as this would be “easier”. Very amateurish.
Also, the wax room upstairs opens up into a waiting area, so as I was lying there naked and she opened the door to come in - I saw someone outside and they saw me. Very bad.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
Very dissatisfied with my experience.
