2nd visit here and 1st time I was happy with my hair but did remember the service wasn't great but decided to go back.
This time my hairdresser didn't say a word to me apart from asking if I wanted olaplex until we were 20 mins in. I said no but she said No 1 was only £15 with toner so I agreed. No drink offered, left with a headache. Wouldnt do a curly blow dry bc my hair is curly. Then shocker at the end it was £50 extra! For over £130 for half head highlights you would expect better service.

Aga is so wonderful, she makes my nails look so beautiful and they feel so strong, which is hard when you've got small nail beds. Will keep going back to this salon and excited to try more treatments in this wonderful environment
