I came away disappointed with the result, I submitted the feedback in an email directly but still haven’t heard anything.
I don’t feel the highlights have been done correctly and I have dark patches around my hairline that have not been lifted with colour.
The foils seemed to be in a long time and this was explained to me because the shop was cold. I would have expected a heat source to have been used instead of leaving bleach on my hair for longer than needed.

I was in for a balayage and the service attention, precision and pride of work shone through, as the hair artist sculpted my hair to get it to the final result which I was so overwhelmed by.
