Nasrin had the near impossible task of highlighting my colour worn hair. Though we couldn't get the colour I wanted, she was honest with me about this from the start and still gave up six hours of her day to give me an amazing do. Despite me taking up her whole day she made me feel like a VIP client. It was a pleasure to chat to her; I was post nightshift with no sleep and I was very hot and she constantly checked in on my wellbeing. An outstanding team. Thank you, Kat x
