Watch out for hidden costs!
I booked a balayage at an off peak price of £110.
On arrival, I was told it would be an additional £30 for toner and £30 for olaplex. (So an extra £60!!)
I have never heard of toner not being included in the balayage price as it’s impossible to complete the style without it. The stylist was annoyed I declined the olaplex! I couldn’t afford £60 hidden costs!
The colour was good but the haircut was not great.I was then charged £35 for the toner
