Very poor experience. Staff were rude, they didn’t have the colour I asked for, no equipment that touched my nails were cleaned. Usually I go to Shadi and she is fantastic, but due to her leaving, my new nail tech was no where near Shadi. I got an almond shape and 2 of my nails are very off center, but did not feel comfortable enough to say it after I ask for my nails to be shorter and received an annoyed look. £35 for a poor experience that has me questioning my return.
