I asked for a clean manicure, and although the lady was nice, she hardly touched my cuticles and didn’t file my nails properly, so I had to finish them myself at home.
For the pedicure, I also noticed that the gentleman next to me was receiving treatment with a machine, whereas I wasn’t — even though I’m sure I paid for the same service.
Overall, I felt that because I was a walk-in, there wasn’t much care or attention given to my treatment.

I wish I can leave zero star instead of one!
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and would not recommend it.
From the moment I arrived, Darya was rude and unprofessional. Without even properly looking at or touching my hair, she said it was “like rubbish,” which was very upsetting and unnecessary.
I showed her a photo of the colour and cut I wanted. She told me she couldn’t do the same but guaranteed she would do something nicer. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like what
