Staff were really friendly & welcoming & the salon had a lovely atmosphere. I felt comfortable throughout & the team were kind & professional.
I booked a balayage with cut and blow dry. I’m happy with the shape, but the colour wasn’t quite what I expected – I was hoping for a softer, more blended finish, but the front pieces are brighter than I’d hoped for. Overall a positive experience, but I’d be more specific about the colour next time & expectations vs reality.
