They asked me what a Balayage is & what I meant by layering. Never asked if I wanted a cuppa or if the water was a good temperature. Spent ages in the colour, only for it to turn out blotchy. Then 5 mins in cutting the ends only to turn out so blunt and looking like someone had cut some steps into my hair. They all had awful English so the communication skills were terrible and far to easy to get crossed wires.

Staff who did my facial threading seem to be inexperienced and the results was terrible for me. She almost ruined my right eyebrow and she doesn’t have professionalism.
As it was not my first time with legend quays my expectations was really high but this time i had a terrible experience from the staff.

Darya was great always checked I was ok. the atmosphere is always great at legend quays and the staff are amazing. They look after you, everything is always clean always a fab experience
