I booked in for a Full Head Highlights and paid via Treatwell. I booked a time available and then the time was pushed forward - when I arrived I was told that there was not enough time for the treatment I booked and instead the hairdresser did root bleach on my crown. It wasn’t what I wanted but I needed something done to my hair. Seeing as I booked a more expensive option I was confused why I was then asked to pay MORE for half a root bleach. Apparently it is a ‘special’ bleach…avoid for hair
