My nails were done nicely but I got told next time I have chrome to book longer slot when it literally replaced a nail coat so think this is unreasonable and then to charge extra too.

Not as good as experience as I usually get with the wonderful Aga. I really miss her. Elnaz was very quiet and didn’t talk. She also hurt me quite a few times and didn’t apologize. My nails are throbbing today because she’s done them too thick. It’s a shame I’ve been going here for five years and the two best nail techs have now left which is so unfortunate.
