Rosha was pleasant but instead of electric filing the top layer of gel nail polish off I had on when I arrived and then soaking and manually and gently removing the rest she used the electric file to file the gel nail polish right down to the nail and also used the electric file on my cuticles. This has made my nails super weak (they will probably break off in the next day or two) and left my nails and fingers feeling sore. They are not the only salon to do this but it shouldn’t be the norm.
