Once again disappointed when Rosha wasn’t available I chose an alternative therapist for my nails b it she did the same as last time. Was really rough and kept hurting me - has put the acrylic on too close to the edge of my nails so it’s now pushing against my cuticles and fingers are bleeding. Needed one more coat too but she didn’t notice. Also half my nails I had to prise the skin apart from the nail due to lack of care when painting. Will not be returning is Rosha isn’t available in future.
