I asked for a haircut and paid extra for it, unfortunately only the bottom layer of my hair was cut and she didn't cut any of my top layers which I am now having to go to a different salon for. She explained to me how I don't have any other layer then the bottom which she already cut. Whilst she is the professional it is extremely evident I do have layers which haven't been cut and my ends are still dry and need a trim :D
In total this haircut was expensive for what it was and I won't go back.
