The salon staff was welcoming, and the overall environment/ambient was nice, but every time you call to ask a question related to nails, they will ask you to call after 11 when nail techs arrive. During the pedicure, I wasn’t asked for the shape so they did a standard shape, the edges, underneath the big toes weren’t done at all and there was still hard skin left on the feet. The French smile line could use some help too. 3 stars mainly for the overall result of the pedicure.
