Manicure it's self was good and long lasting, no chips, however very uncomfortable during the removal process, electric file was used taking off too much nail leaving them painful to the touch.

My visit was a pleasant one, the only thing I can make a negative comment on was the type of wax used. Roya was lovely and did her best, but in the past when I've had hollywood waxes the beauty therapist hasn't used strip wax. I definitely found it wasn't as comfortable as the hot wax which has been used on me in the past. Otherwise all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. I will definitely visit again to try the sun bed.
