I booked my appointment and was told it will be £20 for a dry cut.When i got there Alina started straightening my hair to do a “perfect” dry cut.The manager sophie who booked me in, came and told me it would be £30 since alina has decided to straighten my hair.I felt it was totally wrong to charge me for straightening without asking me first if it was ok to do so and paid £25.Alina used clippers to cut my hair in a straight line.I washed my hair today and it’s not straight! Will not go again.
