I've used the same salon for years and have never been waxed anywhere else until I moved. I found the atmosphere a little intimidating. The treatment room was stark with no music and no introduction to the treatment. I'm used to being given disposable pants to wear. These were not offered and there was confusion when I asked about them. When it was over I was not offered any aloe or similar cooling product (something I'm used to). Good value but not for beginners. Don't think I'll be back.

The staff are respectful& friendly.
Alia is knowledgeable and patient, I did not have any idea about my hair, but she gave me the correct information. I am happy about her fantastic work.
Also, the salon is clean and tidy.
