They have a clean separate room for waxing which is really good for privacy and the staff is welcoming and experienced.

Alina helped me with a problem which was done at a different salon , she took her time to listen to me and explain how she could help , I was really pleased with how she managed to make my hair look good again

I felt very exposed and could have used a larger towel as there was only a hand towel to cover my chest, stomach and lower region. I felt uncomfortable and was told a few times to relax which doesn't really help me to relax. I left feeling awkward and it was too embarrassing for me to say anything at the time. For the price I paid it is a shame.

I wanted some colourful long nails for Pride and Leila went above and beyond to make them perfect!! She let me pick the colours and asked me throughout if I was happy with the shape and design. 100% will be back!
