I was disappointed that it cost £25.50 for a dry medium length hair cut and when I got there because my hair wasn’t perfectly straight (I have generally straight hair), they charged me an additional £5.00 to straighten the ends. In total the job was probably 15 minutes long. Really disappointed that for 5 minutes of hair straightening (if that) they charged the extra.
