2nd visit here and 1st time I was happy with my hair but did remember the service wasn't great but decided to go back. This time my hairdresser didn't say a word to me apart from asking if I wanted olaplex until we were 20 mins in. I said no but she said No 1 was only £15 with toner so I agreed. No drink offered, left with a headache. Wouldnt do a curly blow dry bc my hair is curly. Then shocker at the end it was £50 extra! For over £130 for half head highlights you would expect better service.
