Lovely staff and manager downstairs and clean.
Technician was 15 minutes late to my appointment and took 15 minutes longer than planned to do my lashes, making me late for something else. My lashes are not as lifted as they usually are after a lash lift. When she cleaned the solution off, she was really rough and forced my eyes open so that I was looking directly into the ceiling light. I tried to shield my eyes from the light when opening them but she protested so she should take a photo
