I have been to this salon a handful of times and had a pleasant experience, Sara and Aga especially have always been very friendly, welcoming and lovely! However, on Saturday I had an appointment to get a balayage done and the woman who was allocated to do my hair was very harsh and really upset me. In front of other people she very loudly told me my hair was in very bad condition and couldn’t do my hair! I felt embarrassed and humiliated. Sara did a great job trying to comfort me. Thank you 😀
