I went for a haircut and blow dry. I asked for long layers and face framing and all she did was to cut the ends. She barely cut anything and they charged me for 37 pounds.
I booked originally for wash haircut and blow dry but I had already washed my hair and she didn t want to wash it again, she said she needs precision to cut. I said fine
But in the end I still got charged for it
Not to mention that the blow dry was horrible I left with my hair in no shape.
Won t go again.

Darya made my hair way too short. I showed a picture of just above my shoulders and she cut the hair at the back way too short literally like a pixie length and the front is uneven when I asked for all one length. I’ve never left the hairdressers crying before but now I have. Ruined my hair.
