Someone called before my time from a private number only half an hour before and said please be here earlier and didn't even mention that I can't park in their car park due to road works then it took me more than 10 mins to find any space.
Once I walked in she said your hair is not short but medium so you need to pay extra!! whilst my hair was hardly on my chin!! Then I said I can't pay anymore as it is genuinely short! I didn't feel welcome and not gonna be back! It was an awkward experience!

I love every visit to this salon. From the lovely welcome from each member of staff, the friendly service and fantastic skills from each person. I’ll never go elsewhere, I’ve got everything I need under one roof! Couldn’t recommend the girls here enough!
