Did not have a good intimate wax experience. It was the strangest waxing experience I have ever had. No pre-wax consultation. Despite the description saying that the treatment used hot wax the therapist used strip wax.. had there been a consultation I could've specified my needs (been having hot waxes for a couple of years & it is much better for my skin & hair type). Strip wax caused small hairs to be left behind & lots of ingrowns/whiteheads springing up. She also forgot I booked an underarm
