I had such a wonderful experience and everyone was so lovely and helpful. I ended up getting my hair coloured 3 times in one sitting but they were really kind and helpful about it and made sure I got the exact results I wanted! Never had a bad experience here!

I've been using some of the services for over a year now. I booked hairdresser for next Saturday and as it was the first time I was doing my hair, I received a message from Sara asking me to go for the patch test and colour consultation. I spoke to the hairdresser about the colour and after that Sara mentioned we need to move my appointment to a week day. I said I can't because I work and I already booked Saturday. They didn't mention it on the message, I had to cancel and book another place.
