I asked for a clean manicure, and although the lady was nice, she hardly touched my cuticles and didn’t file my nails properly, so I had to finish them myself at home.
For the pedicure, I also noticed that the gentleman next to me was receiving treatment with a machine, whereas I wasn’t — even though I’m sure I paid for the same service.
Overall, I felt that because I was a walk-in, there wasn’t much care or attention given to my treatment.
