The ladies were lovely and I was really pleased with my nails in the end. Erika helped me choose the right shade of 'nude' for me which I thought was really nice of her. Other nail salons don't seem to care.
The salon is small and a little cramped but it is the city of london and that doesnt take away from the great treatment received. It is expensive but that's what you pay in Zone 1 I guess.
