Overall pretty happy with eyebrow threading. Had to ask for a few bits to be tidied up more than she was intending to do and I also had to wait just over 10 mins after my appointment time (as I had also arrived 10mins before my appointment this was a bit frustrating) without being told why. (Was not told that the lady who was doing my eyebrows was the same lady as was doing another lady's nails when I came in). Very polite and friendly lady but a bit more information would have been helpful so I wasn't sat confused for a while waiting for someone to come over!
