The location and the staff are good but I wasn't asked before threading about what I preferred. A lot more was removed from my brows than I would usually like and if you've over plucked in the past you know it takes a while to grow back. It does seem that not everyone has this experience so maybe it's a one-off? In any case, make sure you express your wishes even if you're not asked!
